GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrapping is on us at purple soup! On the checkout page, just check the box that you would like your purchase gift wrapped and fill out how you would like the gift card enclosure to read. For most items, we use our signature purple soup Chinese takeout cartons to make your gift even more tasty! Larger items are placed in our flat purple gift boxes with a spiffy ribbon.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Send us an email with amount, recipient's name & address & we will mail out a purple soupR gift certificate.
SHIPPING
You will be notified of the estimated ship date and tracking number as soon as they
become available. Items will usually ship within one business days of your order.
If for some reason an item is not in stock (i.e. we were asleep and forgot to update the site)
you will receive an email advising you of this.

Any and all duties, fees or taxes are the customer’s sole responsibility.
RETURNS
For orders damaged during shipment or which must be returned for other reasons,
please contact us within one week of receipt of your order to request a return.
Other than for defects in manufacture, we are unable to take returns of earrings.
After a return has been granted, send your package via an insured, traceable method to
ensure a safe & documented delivery. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Allow
up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
